McGrath is proficient at utilizing numerous tools and resources to complete the design process.  These include: Autodesk Software, Commercial and Residential Load Calculations through ELITE Software, Full Mechanical Design, including but not limited to, Field Observations, Production of Construction Documents, Construction Administration, Submittals, RFI’s, COB’s, Plan/City Reviews and Required Responses, and any other materials needed to complete construction.  McGrath also has the experience and ability to work with large project teams and/or run jobs as the Prime on the numerous industries that we serve.
