About McGrath

McGrath Incorporated is a full-service Mechanical Engineering firm, which specializes in the design and implementation of Building Mechanical Systems in Commercial, Municipal, and Institutional Construction Projects. The primary objective of McGrath Incorporated is to re-define the role and capabilities of the traditional Engineering Consultant. We feel the problem areas commonly accepted in the Design/Construction Industry will never be affected without a change in conventional thinking and methodology.

The firm originated in 1985 as D.F. McGrath & Associates and reorganized into McGrath & Lillie, Inc. in 1988 with the formation of a St. Louis operation. In 1993 and the firm was reorganized into McGrath Incorporated.

Our staff comprised of both Engineering and Construction Professionals. All design services for McGrath Incorporated performed in the Denver office.  We have licensed Professional Engineers, licensed in multiple States on staff.  Our staff includes personnel that specialize in plumbing and fire protection design as well as designers and drafters.  We produce our Projects using the latest editions of Autodesk AutoCAD MEP and Revit software.  Specifications done in-house.  McGrath utilizes MasterSpec for updates on new products and numbering.  Additional services include Detailed Cost Estimating, Critical Path Scheduling, Construction Administration and Project Management.
